If there was ONE comment that people kept telling me about this costume that I want to say "No, $#!%, Sherlock!", it would be "You know you're gonna be hot in that thing, right ??"
Yes, stable genius. I realize that.
Part of my philosophy on costumes is that they exist on a sliding scale:

To quote a movie, "The juice is worth the squeeze."
I'm not the first to tread down this road. Lots of people wearing hot costumes have dealt with it and it gets easier as time goes on. Not easy, but easierrrrrr.
So all of the above cooling methods are on the table.
1. Cooling fans - some drawing air in and others pushing air out.
One of the good things about both the wig and having pants, will be that I can put fans on the external skin of the suit and they'll exchange air almost instantly without being seen.

There are some decent portable fans that work off USB power and are rechargable as well.
I'll want a cooling vest that can be refilled from ice packs waiting in a cooler or back at the room in the freezer.
And then there are other personal cooling units that can be added on, depending on how much they help and how annoying they are.
This is the kind of stuff I plan out whilst I'm doing a long 3d print. We're not even close to ready for this stage, but it's fun to consider.
A lot of testing will go into this phase as well.
If anyone has an additional suggestions for cooling in a suit... I'd love for you to comment below. You might be saving my life. lol
