An over-sized Hulk needs a head that moves with it's actor and the jaw should move with the actor's jaw too.
I'm trying not to go into the history of the build too too much, but I can't resist showing you my derp face from 10 years ago.
I'm kinda like Paul Rudd, as I refuse to age. I pretty much derp the same today.

Here's an old diagram too. Why not.
It wasn't until a year ago that I stumbled, by luck, across the Halloween "Haunter" community. They build everything from DIY gravestones to full-on haunted house attractions. Super, super creative.
And when I did, I happened upon a video for something called a "stalk around costume" - basically an oversized costume to scare the heck out of people! And boy did it help.
The video below is one of many stalkaround I found, but it is truly the best. I tried to track the guy down on horror forums and by email and even on LinkedIn, but he never responded. That's fine. I enjoy my privacy too. But take a look at how well it works!

Just what I needed. So I set to work trying to understand it. It wasn't easy, even though he handed me everything. I just had to grow my brain a bit.
Once I figured it out, I got it down on paper.

And then model it in Fusion360.
Since this was modeled, I've 3d printed it and begun to build a PVC harness that will serve as a frame to secure this head piece about a foot over my head.
Now, if you've been reading carefully so far, you know that I've decided on moving to a head that moves using animatronics and remote controlled servos.
So, am I going to complete this part? Abso-freaking-lutely because I want to create a system for other cosplayers to make working oversized costumes.
